  • As a brand strategist and secondary educator in my past careers, my most joyful professional moments have been mentoring my students and clients. This realization led me to pivot into a professional coaching career, focusing on Self Empowerment and Life Transitions.

My coaching approach combines regenerative self-empowerment with navigating life’s forced changes. It’s often during our toughest moments that we need to tap into our inner strength the most. I focus on illuminating your path of transformation and growth, guiding you to develop confidence and authenticity. Just as an authentic brand expresses itself with confidence, authority, and consistency, my vision is for each person I coach to use their authenticity as their superpower, branding their own future and navigating life changes with grace and power.

I have completed several renowned programs, including Life Mastery University with Tony Robbins, MIT’s U-theory: Leading from the Emerging Future, and Emory’s Cognitive-Based Compassion Training. I hold an L1 Coaching certification with Coacharya and am a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

  • Dr. Sasha Tran is a passionate and holistic chiropractor based in Smyrna, Georgia, where she co-owns and practices at Alinea Chiropractic alongside her husband.

From an early interest in medicine—initially aspiring to become an MD—Sasha discovered chiropractic care during her college years when a recruiter from Life University introduced her to its potential for healing without medication.

While in chiropractic school, she attended a Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) seminar that breathed new life into her calling: combining traditional chiropractic care with mind-body techniques to address deeper root causes of health issues.

Dr. Tran specializes in neurologically-based, holistic care, integrating methods such as Applied Kinesiology and Quantum Neurology with her chiropractic practice.

She is especially passionate about helping patients who struggle with the intersection of physical pain, emotional stress, and nervous system imbalance—believing that true wellness comes from understanding the body as a unified system of nerves, muscles, organs and emotional patterns.

With Dr. Tran, you’ll find a practitioner who sees you not just as a condition or symptom, but as a complete person. She emphasises listening deeply, crafting individualized care plans, and guiding patients toward lasting change—because she approaches wellness the same way she wants to be treated: with respect, nuance and collaboration.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, emotional-physical imbalance, or simply seeking a deeper level of health support, Dr. Sasha Tran brings warmth, skill and a unique holistic insight to the chiropractic experience.

  • Fit Chics LLC provides a safe space for women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels! We are Patrice Kelley and Thanicia Gordon, ACE certified personal trainers. In June of 2020, we started meeting online with a few friends and family to move our bodies while on lockdown. Before we knew it our screens were filles. We were inspired to become educated on how to effectively lead those who had put their trust in us. We studied hard and obtained our certification with the American Council on Exercise.

We are Louisiana based online fitness trainers with a simple formula. Healthy and sustainable habits. A proper diet, cardio-respiratory, strength, and flexibility training, along with a strong community of support. Five years later we remain in love with health and fitness. Most of all we are in love with our Chic community! Together with our Chics we have been on a consistent journey of breaking through barriers to look great, feel great, and inspire each other with a common goal… to create and sustain healthy habits for a lifetime!

  • I’m a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health dysfunction for women, and I understand the challenges you face. After suffering from chronic pelvic pain for many years, I know the frustration of receiving generic answers that leave you feeling isolated. This personal journey inspired me to found Marrón Pelvic Health, where I empower women to overcome their struggles with tailored solutions and compassionate care.

I am motivated to host the Navigating Perimenopause Summit to provide my community with the knowledge and support they deserve during this important transition. By bringing together expert insights and practical strategies, I hope to help women navigate perimenopause with confidence and clarity. If you're ready to reclaim your health and well-being, I invite you to join us and take part in this transformative experience!
